Refund and Returns Policy
At Scent N Splendor, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
Refund Eligibility
Due to the personal-use nature of perfumes and fragrance products, refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
The product received is damaged or leaked.
The customer received the wrong product.
The product is missing from the order.
The product received is defective or unusable.
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:
The customer does not like the fragrance after purchase.
The product has been opened, used, or sprayed.
The product packaging, seal, or box is damaged by the customer.
The customer ordered the wrong product by mistake.
The customer changes their mind after receiving the order.
The fragrance longevity or projection does not meet personal expectations.
Return Request Time
Customers must report any issue within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the order. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
To process a return or refund request, customers must provide:
Order number
Clear pictures or video of the damaged/wrong product
Unboxing video, if required
Proof of purchase
Product Condition
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Any product that has been used, sprayed, damaged, or tampered with will not be eligible for refund or replacement.
Replacement Policy
In case of damaged, wrong, or defective products, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.
If the same product is unavailable, the customer may choose another product of equal value or request a refund where applicable.
Refund Process
Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method or another agreed method.
Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or internal verification process.
Shipping Charges
Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side, such as sending the wrong or damaged product.
If the customer is responsible for the return, return shipping charges will be paid by the customer.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
